3. A confirmation of acceptance regarding potential minor color deviations.

5. Multi‑angle images of the subject for comprehensive reference.

Because the design featured in the video is a custom piece created for a commercial ad campaign, the pricing tends to be more expensive. Prices typically start at $2,370.（However, we will still do our best to replicate the details for you, though it will be relatively more simplified compared to the premium commercial pieces. So when placing your custom order, please specify the level of detail you require.）

Upon confirmation of your customization request, we will create a dedicated order link for you. Kindly place your order through the link and be sure to include your delivery address.

Custom orders usually take more time than regular items. We’ll email you right when it’s finished. Delivery generally takes about 7–10 days. When you receive it, please film an unboxing video – this will be the only valid proof for any after‑sales issues.

Product Usage Notes and Warnings

Thank you for choosing our lampwork glass jewelry. Each piece is handmade at a high temperature of 1300°C – unique yet fragile. For your safety and the longevity of the jewelry, please read and follow the precautions below carefully.

1. Wearing Restrictions

Do not wear this product while sleeping, bathing, or engaging in strenuous activities.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, and other chemical substances, as they may affect the luster or damage metal components.

2. Drop and Impact Prevention

Glass is fragile. Avoid dropping from heights, bumping against hard objects, or storing together with other jewelry.

Handle gently when putting on or taking off. It is recommended to do so over a padded surface (e.g., a cloth-covered table).

3. Safety for Children and Pets

Keep this product out of reach of children and pets.

Do not allow children to play with it or put it in their mouths, to prevent accidental swallowing or injury from broken pieces.

4. Handling Breakage

If the product accidentally breaks, the glass shards are extremely sharp. Do not touch them directly with your hands.

Use a broom and dustpan to sweep up the pieces. Use a damp paper towel or adhesive tape to pick up tiny fragments. Dispose of them in a thick container or sealed bag to avoid injuring cleaning personnel.

5. Cleaning and Storage

For cleaning, gently wipe with a soft, dry eyeglass cloth. If there are stains, lightly wipe with a small amount of water and dry immediately. Do not soak.

When not in use, store in the original soft pouch or a separate jewelry box in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes (e.g., sudden heat after being in a very cold environment).

6. Additional Notes

Small bubbles or textures may remain from the glassmaking process – these are normal characteristics of the craft and do not affect wearing safety.

If you are allergic to metal components (such as silver, alloy, etc.), please verify the material compatibility yourself.
