1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a variation that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.
3. Custom or Personalized Orders
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for personal preference, color choices, or size, unless the item is defective or incorrectly made. For custom orders, please confirm all details carefully before placing your order.
4. Return Process
- Contact us first to get return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely using the original packaging if possible.
- Refunds will be issued promptly after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different design or size:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Custom orders may have additional processing time.
6. Care & Handling Reminder
