To start a custom order, please email us with the following details:

1. The specific dimensions required.

2. The degree of accuracy expected in reproducing the intended image/character.

3. A confirmation of acceptance regarding potential minor color deviations.

4. Reference images illustrating the desired style and aesthetic.

5. Multi‑angle images of the subject for comprehensive reference.

6. Because the design featured in the video is a custom piece created for a commercial ad campaign, the pricing tends to be more expensive. Prices typically start at $2,370.（However, we will still do our best to replicate the details for you, though it will be relatively more simplified compared to the premium commercial pieces. So when placing your custom order, please specify the level of detail you require.）

Upon confirmation of your customization request, we will create a dedicated order link for you. Kindly place your order through the link and be sure to include your delivery address.

Custom orders usually take more time than regular items. We’ll email you right when it’s finished. Delivery generally takes about 7–10 days. When you receive it, please film an unboxing video – this will be the only valid proof for any after‑sales issues.
