Handmade to Order
At PB we handmake all of our pieces to order including every glass charm completely from scratch! Once you have placed your order we kindly request that you allow 1-3 weeks for us to create your jewellery. Should you need to receive finished jewellery slightly quicker than this timeframe (for a special occasion or date etc.) please email our customer care team immediately after ordering and we will try our very best to accommodate this for you where possible. Please note: Custom orders have individual lead times as listed in their title/description.

Order Processing

Changes, Alterations and Cancellations to Orders
Orders may only be changed, altered or cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched. We reserve the right to approve or deny any change, alteration or cancellation requests at our discretion. In the event that your change, alteration or cancellation request is denied, you must wait for the item to be delivered and initiate a return. Please refer to our returns policy below for further details.
Please note: This change, alteration and cancellation policy does not apply to custom or personalised products. We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation request for custom items for any reason.

Parcel Loss or Damaged Item Condition upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item or incorrect variants/sizing. 

We will happily work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a range of options for you. 

Parcels Shown As Delivered but Unlocated
If your order shows as delivered, and you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us by emailing hello@picnicblanketjewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery notification where our customer service team will gladly be able to resolve this.

Many of our products contain small parts and other elements that could have the potential to pose a choking hazard to children or other harm. It is your responsibility (as the buyer) to ensure all products are used safely and only by responsible adults for their intended use as jewellery. If you have allergies or concerns about any materials (especially metals or metal variants), please do not order.
